SEO Service Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Dirt Geek Media Inc. (“Service Provider”) and [Client Name Stated Below] (“Client”) for the provision of SEO services.

1. Services

Service Provider will provide SEO services to improve Client’s website search rankings.

2. Term & Termination

• This Agreement requires a minimum commitment of 3 months.

• After the initial 3-month period, the Agreement automatically converts to a month-to-month arrangement.

• Either party may terminate the Agreement with 30 days written notice.

3. Fees & Payment

• SEO services are provided at $400 per month.

• Invoices will be sent monthly via a secure online payment portal.

• Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

• A 7-day grace period is allowed for payment. If payment is not received within this period, all SEO services will be cancelled.

4. Guarantee

• Service Provider guarantees measurable SEO results within 2 months.

• If results are not achieved within this time frame, Client is eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee.

5. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter.

• Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
